Our Coaching Programmes are designed to run as a result of goals identified during the assessment stage.  Coaching can either be on an individual or team basis and will help embed learnings, shift perspective and transform behaviour.

Coaching can follow on from a one-day workshop or as a part of an integrated development programme.

Bespoke Coaching Programmes

We use the Emotionally-i-Fit Personal Development Plan to create a bespoke coaching programme to help leaders to become more emotionally intelligent and resilient. 

If we are working with organisations we will always provide an initial contracting meeting between Client, Manager and Coach. We know that coaching has the greatest impact when the coaching contract is explicit and the organisational and individual needs are aligned. We ensure that this is a critical part of the programme.

KEY POINTS

Duration: Coaching programmes are flexible and the duration vary depending on the overall coaching goals.  A typical coaching programme takes place over a 6- month period with a minimum of 5 hours of coaching to embrace a positive change in behaviour.

Takeout: A coaching programme can to designed around the outputs of any of the assessments.  Although assessment is not essential it is highly recommended.  However we do work with organisations that have already assessed Leaders and are, therefore, clear about key areas of development and focus for coaching. 

An Emotional-i-Fit Coaching Development Plan will be provided with a number of different strategies and tools to develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
