Amanda Wildman set up Emotionally-i-Fit after a successful career as Head of Talent & Leadership at the BBC, Learning & Development Director at Cielo Talent for 5 years, and Global Head of Learning & Development at Morgan McKinley where she works today on a consultancy basis.

Amanda knows the impact that emotionally intelligent leaders have on business performance and the engagement of people.

Her own high levels of emotional intelligence have come about through challenges she has overcome in her life and career that took her on a path of self-awareness and discovery. She learnt through experience to manage her own emotional state, which in turn has given her far more fulfilling and harmonious relationships both personally and professionally. She uses many of these techniques in her work today and they have greatly influenced her vision and design of the Emotionally-i-Fit initiatives.

Amanda is an Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, MBTI Practitioner and BPS Level A and B certified.   She is qualified to assess and deliver feedback on a range of personality, Emotional Intelligence and 360 tools.  Amanda is a talent strategist and has a fascination with behavioural change – her own and others!  Her journey has led her to explore many resilience building techniques such as nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, running and yoga.  These have enabled her to create a balanced and blended life as mother, wife and woman in leadership.

Amanda has a network of like-minded experts that she works with that bring their own areas of expertise.

She works with customers that want to change and invest in their own talent and the talents of others. Amanda is also a successful leader and was an Operational Director before moving into Learning & Development over 10 years ago. She has a strong commercial bias and a belief that great leaders put people first.
